I had 5 windows and a storm door installed today. I couldn't wait to write this review. I had to wait for these for a bit ... but it was worth every minute. From the salesman, Evan, to the installers Ivan, Yuri and Vladimir, what a great experience. This is a GREAT team and an outstanding business. I got what I paid for and then some. Best experience I ever had ... Love these guys. Thank you for answering every question demonstrating your product effectively and living up to everything you said you were and beyond. I just had the ProEdge Factory Rep, Walter Sorowiec, come to my home. I have lived here for 26 and half years and the windows are original from 1990. They are drafty and getting hard to open. Walter took the initial measurements and explained all my options for replacement, every pro and con, including guarantees. I explained my finances and we went through all my options for proceeding. After everything was discussed, we agreed on a plan. The price was better than I expected. I'm going to have 4 of my 8 windows done now and finish later next year. I was so pleased with the way he treated me (I'm disabled), with every courtesy and respect as a potential customer. I agreed on the spot. Welder came out to our house several times to give us quotes on the windows. The Warwick, RI based manufacturer/company had done the downstairs windows when we were still renting the house. After we bought the house we needed a more thorough explanation of the product in the service and Walter was super patient with us as we were grappling with getting other quotes. We decided to go with ProEdge not only because we like the windows that already are in our house but because they gave us a great price. I recommend working with this company! Biggest selling factor was the warranty, super straightforward, no fine print- if absolutely anything goes wrong they will come and fix it.

The entire experience was very professional from start to finish. I bought a sliding door and 2 storm doors.. Tara did a great job of helping me select the right stiles and colors.. The installers really knew what they were doing. They spent the entire day working and tweaking everything to insure everything worked properly and smoothly.. It's comforting to know that if there's ever a problem they will come and address it. I highly recommend the company and the product.
