Great sturdy windows 100% guarantee. Can’t beat that. The sales guys are excellent they break everything down for you. If you need windows I would definitely recommend Pro Edge remodeling.
It didn't work out that well for me.
Let's face it. These windows are very expensive and I decided to buy them because the manufacturer and the installer are the same folks. I was assured service would also set them apart. That proved not to be true. When the windows showed up, one of them was broken. I was assured that if I accepted the shipment, the window would be installed in about a week. It's been 5 weeks. I called the service department and they said I should not have been assured 1 week. Hey, it's your guy that said it! They assure me that the window will be made but they can't tell me when. The windows are fine but I would never use this company again and I wouldn't recommend them.

Pro Edge did a great job 30 plus windows. From sales call to completion work was excellent. Suggested changes prior to start were great. Workmanship top notch. Installers were great guys and were timely, respectful of the property
Almost satisfied
The two guys who installed my window were great. Window is amazing from the inside. The outside view leaves much to be desired. I’ve heard that from everybody who sees it. It’s not all pro edges because I picked the window but the rep who came to my house said the window would look great. I’ve contacted pro edge 4 times and was responded to once and haven’t heard anything since. I guess the 100 percent guarantee is for the quality of the window not how it looks.
