Michael Arneaud
Today I had the upmost honor and privilege to have Michael Arneaud from ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built Sales representative into my home today. He met my wife and my infant daughter and also my dog. Michael gave us the whole pitch and we had a very spirited conversation about my windows and was kind enough to answer my wife and my questions, even after he left via phone. Michael was kind and courteous and very respectful young man. Michael went above and beyond to not only make sure we were very well informed of the quality and precision that his windows provided but he also made sure we were making a good decision for us as people and not just another customer. It is for this reason that I’m happy to say that Michael and I shook hands on a deal to have my 75+ year old windows replaced and it is because of his friendly attitude and patient demeanor that I’m very happy to do business with Pro Edge and furthermore it is all because of Michael. Have fun in that Audi…don’t go to fast! Thank you again sir!

Excellent Experience
With a down to the studs renovation, we have experienced more disappointments than positive experiences, and walked into our first appointment on guard. There was no need, and Kim was the consummate professional, but also warm and engaging. She explained every detail of the process, the product, and engaged a toddler at the same time. We made our purchase on the spot and we are looking forward to the benefits of changing out our 1970’s wooden windows. After the initial appointment Ron followed up with the inspection site, and again, we could not have asked for a better experience. This far, we would recommend ProEdge 100%.
