I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Sam Curbelo at ProEdge Remodeling when I was in the market for new windows for my home. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Firstly, I was impressed by Sam’s knowledge of the product. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. He clearly knew his stuff and was able to explain the benefits of the windows without coming across as pushy or salesy. Once I had made my decision, the installation process was smooth and hassle-free. The team of installers arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. They were respectful of my home and left everything clean and tidy once the job was finished. Most importantly, the windows themselves are fantastic. They look great and have made a noticeable difference in terms of energy efficiency and noise reduction. Pro Edge has excellent products and service. Today, George, the representative, so friendly, helpful, and easy going. I’m totally satisfied with my new windows. They keep out the hot summer air, as well as the cold winter air. The room is comfortable now to be in, in either season. I highly recommend them!!
