Window Replacement
We had pro edge windows installed in 2023 and they were a huge upgrade. The install was smooth and went quickly. We enjoyed the work they did so much that we are now replacing windows on our first floor. Their price beat all other competitors and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Stellar estimate and installation
My experience with Pro Edge was stellar from initial Quote to final installation. My windows are somewhat unique as 3 single windows were installed to create my window run. Although the Salesman had the configuration correct the franchise kept quoting me a tripple window with 1 header. If my ProEdge rep hadn't pointed out what they were quoting the wrong windows would have been ordered. Mark and TK were professional, and explained every step of the installation process. They cleaned debris as they worked. Mark made sure I knew how to open and close the windows with hands on explanation. My only regret was not replacing the windows sooner! Before the installation was complete my home was already warmer! Thank you ProEdge!
Window repair
Bill Shell was a blessing, replaced my handle on my window then proceeded to show me that the awning window when disconnected from the crank out would fully open to create a pass thru with some minor support. 🤗🤗

Proedge is one of the best window companies they did an exceptional job mr Richard Spence was very knowledgeable about the windows we are so pleased with the quality job that was done we did the first sets of 17 windows am now we are doing the remaining 10 windows we will highly recommend proedge to anyone who wishes to do there windows great job guys
Wonderful Service - Mike Licata
Mike arrived right on time. He was extremely helpful, thorough and friendly! We need replacement windows for our attic. Because our house was built 1852, the windows are now boarded up with rotten would around the frames. Mike took his time surveying the windows and also had a large variety of sample windows for us to view. He also explained and showed us how the energy-efficient windows were built. We knew almost immediately that we were going to go with this company. One of the main reasons we made the decision, was because not only do they build the windows; they do not use outside contractors plus we will have a lifetime warranty. We definitely give Mike Five Stars!!!!! We are so looking forward to getting our new windows which will definitely improve the how the exterior of our house looks!! Thank you again Mike Licata! We look forward to working with you again in the future! One note to add, we are in Central NY not Albany.

Surprised and Pleased
I had windows replaced an number of years ago. But we had issues tried to get repairs with no luck. We did not use Pro Edge. Then I had someone from Pro Edge come out and look at my problem . I ordered a new window and new patio door. I was worried because my house is older and I didn’t want to have to replace the siding when the project. The day of the install I was on the apprehensive side as to “was this smart on my part?” It was I had a very efficient team come in they worked clean neat and orderly. The team worked very well together and I was very impressed! And the siding is still in place not a corner turned. And the install came in early. Thank you very much!
