Excellent service by custom built ! The installation went as smooth as it could be with the 2 installation workers ! Street noise level is down to 1/3 of what it was and the outside cold is barely notice o. The inside due to the 3 glass window pane. Great Windows. Highly recommended. Thanks to everyone involved in this job !

Jeff, sales manager, came out to look at the windows needing replacing. He was so kind to come out on a Friday evening! Jeff was very informative about the windows. I was shocked to see the difference in quality of windows. The product quality is phenomenal, not made out of recycled materials, like other companies. The warranty is the best in the business-25 years! They were able to give us a cash price that was too hard to pass up! THANK YOU Custom Built Inc! We will definitely use you again for our other properties!
New roof
The work was done in a timely manner. They cleaned up right after and everyone was happy and easy to work with.

Broken fence
When the contractors came by to install the windows they broke my fence. They did not finish installation until after dark and I did not see the damage until my dog escaped the back yard. After many phone calls and even more months they stopped responding to my messages and never resolved the issue.
Window replacement
What a wonderful experience to ask questions,receive answers with no pressure. Our windows are beautiful and we noticed a difference within hours of them being put in. Highly recommend this company.
