Installation of windows in my home
Terry & the crew from Custom Built arrived at my home about 8:15 am on 1/28/20 ahead of scheduled appointment for 2/4-7/20. I did talk to Jim Phillips on 1/27/20 and agree to them coming early. They were all great. They stayed until abut 2:40 pm. They worked steadily & professionally. They kept everything clean & picked up.. They all knew what job they were to do & did it quickly. I did not have everything moved around or cleaned as I would have done by 2/4/20, but this did not phase them at all. They moved it as needed or scooted it around to suit them. It was a pleasure to have them here and watch the change occur. Our house is much warmer already only 15 minutes after they left. The windows and the house look great and my windows do not rattle when the wind blows. The bathroom was always cold before but now it is much warmer. We are very pleased with our new windows. Please tell Brian, our first contact with Custom Build, that he and the crew along with Jim Phillips , my contact later on that we are very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Great Replacement Windows
The installation team, headed by Terry, was courteous, professional, and left my home as they found it - except for the new windows! Windows and trims look beautiful, and will be so much easier to clean than my previous windows.

We had CustomBuuilt replace our front door and storm door and it was so nice that we had them replace our back doors, too. They did a great job- did it quickly, and didn’t leave a mess. It looks and works fantastic!

Crew arrived right on time. Were very professional and courteous. My older home had settled some so the installation of my new patio door was a bit more complicated. Problem was handled efficiently. Couldn't be happier with the results.
