Hi. I would like to share my experience with your sales rep Nathan Adams. Not only was Nathan on time he was early. He had his mask on for the COVID 19 After taking measurements he went on to explain the difference between your windows and some of your competitors windows. He seemed very knowledgeable in what he was showing me and In explaining the differences. Excellent experience
We had an excellent experience with Clive who came to our home and gave us a great price to replace three windows. We had purchased five windows from Custom Built in the past and love them. After he left, we decided to add our remaining two windows that need replacement, and he was nice enough to come back and start over for the entire project. He seemed to be very knowledgeable, and helped us decide what would work best for our home. Highly recommend him and Custom Built.

Dominic helps us with windows
Dominic was great I have been battling health issues for the past couple of years and the condo Has to b put on hold my medical had taken over but our wuOur windows are rotting and we don’t have a lot of money and he was able to help us we have a child as well and he smelled that they were writing as well and he really helped trying to get us a good deal and we’re excited and I hope they can be done as soon as possible and get a man it means a lot to us I had tears of happiness and relief that’s something finally good he’s going to be fixing our house so thank you
