I had my first floor windows replaced in April of 2024. Totally satisfied with the entire experience.. I decided to have my second floor windows done. This job was completed in October of 2024.. Bradford Ward windows Salesman
Taking a moment to tell you about Our meeting with Bradford today. My wife Anna and agreed that it's time to start replacing our current windows in our house. Bradford Ward did a excellent job on explaining the windows manufactured and installed by the Proedge company. After understanding that we had to start this project while working within our budget, Bradford help us to work out a plan to get our windows install started. He was also to offer a plan for the replacement of all our windows in the next year's time. This was greatly appreciated, as it allows us time to make the monetary arrangements needed to do this. Bradford was a pleasure to talk to, ask questions and to deal with. He was kind, understanding that this was a big decision for us and he was a complete professional in answering our questions and push back. We are now happy to be part of the Proedge Family!
Fair price quality experience
Jared visited us 2.15, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciate him showing the areas of opportunity and risks of not replacing the windows. The demonstration of the pro edge product is as thorough and I feel good about the purchase.

A young man by the name of Subodh came to meet with me today to review and suggest various types of window replacements which might meet my needs. He was an absolute delight. He was prompt, and knew his business. He went out of his way to help this senior find what she could afford. We had a very positive experience with Richard, sales manager from ProEdge Remodeling. He took the time to provide a thorough and detailed demonstration of how the windows are expertly crafted by this family owned company. Richard was incredibly informative, patient, and personable, answering all our questions and ensuring we felt confident about the product. He came well prepared, demonstrated excellent professionalism, and showed true dedication to meeting our needs. While we have yet to experience their customer service after the sale, based on the quality of the product and our initial experience, we recommend including ProEdge Remodeling in your selection process if you're in the market for replacement windows.
Sliding glass door
We were looking to get our sliding glass door replaced, sub came in and explained everything to make our project run smoothly. The installers were excellent and very nice/cleaned up everything once they were done! Highly recommend ProEdge and we’ll definitely use them in the future!
