ProEdge Factory Rep Service
I just had the ProEdge Factory Rep, Walter Sorowiec, come to my home. I have lived here for 26 and half years and the windows are original from 1990. They are drafty and getting hard to open. Walter took the initial measurements and explained all my options for replacement, every pro and con, including guarantees. I explained my finances and we went through all my options for proceeding. After everything was discussed, we agreed on a plan. The price was better than I expected. I'm going to have 4 of my 8 windows done now and finish later next year. I was so pleased with the way he treated me (I'm disabled), with every courtesy and respect as a potential customer. I agreed on the spot.
