Walter was my consultant on my window project. He went over the company and there products with me and after doing that my wife and i were very comfortable to move forward with ProEdge to replace my old windows. Thank you Walter and we look forward to beautiful new energy efficient windows. We would highly recommend ProEdge to come out to your home if you need new windows.
Our home improvement
After several months of searching for replacement windows we found PROEDGE. We made an appointment with Walter Surowiec.He spent time explaining the quality of their windows and the lifetime warranty. We decided to purchase their product. Walter had told us the windows would pay for themselves on the savings we would get on our energy bill.To our surprise our electric.bill was 48.8% lower with running 3 air conditioners 24/7 this summer. The installers were very professional and left our house very neat and clean. We were so impressed with this company that we returned to purchase two storm doors. Can’t wait to see how much more we will save this winter! THANKS PROEDGE we highly recommend you!
Quality windows
I didn’t get my windows installed yet. I recently had my initial meeting with Walter (RI) to determine how much i was looking at. Ours was a large picture window that needed to be replaced with a regular window that can open... i had a fair estimate from Home Depot under my belt already before meeting with Walter.....Walter proved to be very professional and such a knowledgeable guy in what he does that i ended up ordering my windows from him.....this was despite the fact that Home Depot’s estimate was much cheaper than his....the quality of the windows he showed me, the life-time transferable warranty offered and his rare communication skills blew me away.......if you are in the market for a true window that will stand the test of time, you cannot look any further ! (NB: watch this space......i’ll have more to say once my windows are installed and and the eternal fight against the forces of nature begins)
Wonderful work and service
My husband and I decided to replace the windows on the 1st floor of our home. We interviewed several different companies. What sold us on ProEdge was the quality of the windows and the warranty. To have such a robust warranty in this day and age was very reassuring. (Who gives lifetime warranties anymore?) The windows arrived in the timeframe projected. Installation was a breeze. Our installer was Dan and we would request him again. He was meticulous. He was cleaned up after each window and the installation went smoothly. When we had a question, Dan explained everything. Communication with the office was immediate and responsive. We love the windows. They look great, the house is quieter (triple panes makes a big difference from two panes) and cooler and will be warmer in the winter. We are so impressed, we are going to have the second floor done as well by ProEdge.
Windows
We had a rep come out on Monday at 2 pm and he was there 3 hours and we didn’t even know where the time went. We knew everything we needed to know about the windows and the company and were sold that day! Can’t wait to see my new windows.
Fantastic Windows
Consultation: very thorough and professional. Full measurements. Went over the windows. Glass panes krypton gas, silver coating. Materials used. Financing. Contract. Cost and timing of delivery. Instillation : very professional removal of old windows. Placed new windows. Did an excellent job. Sealed appropriately. I would highly recommend this company and these Windows.
Change of attitude
The salesman came over to give a quote on 3 basement hopper windows. Was the nicest guy until I said I could not afford the price he gave me at this time. Said I may use then sometime but he did not car.e. Just packed up his stuff and did not say a word and just walked out. Even if I could afford it sometime, I would never call this company to do it. His presentation was nice and informative but was mad cause I said not at this time.
