Replacing The Old Originals!!
I will be very honest. In the past several weeks, we have met with several window companies. and pretty much have seen and heard it all. Several days ago, we were fortunate to be able to meet with Tom from Pro-Edge.. From the moment we met, he put us immediately at ease.. He was affable, and very professional at every turn. He very meticulously explained all of our options, showed us specific samples, explained the excellent warranty and gladly answered every question we had along the way. .Tom took the time to fully explain every aspect of our project going forward. He also carefully took exact measurements of every single window-which was quite impressive. At no moment through the entire process did we feel pressured to do anything regarding our project. He walked us through it and we believe he gave us the best pricing for an excellent product, helping us in every way possible to fit this into our budget. Today we followed up with Richard, who was of the same positive and professional demeanor as Tom. He also patiently answered any and all additional questions we had and after further measuring he sat with us , carefully reviewing our installation agreement and then presented to us a very reasonable final price. As a result, we are now very excited to soon see our project come to fruition! New Lebanon NY windows
3-person crew Andy, Alex and Ben arrived 07:45 on 20OCT21 for 09:00 start which threw us for a little while (alzheimers patient routine needed to be accomodated). But things settled down by revising 6-window demolition / installation order a bit. Things went well. Homeowner was very pleased with courtesy, quietness, thoroughness and cleanliness. Done by 11:00 AM Some exterior wood needs to be touch-up painted, but we knew that from June 2021 sales visit. Wonder if new interior trim should not be 100% white-caulked around at / between new windows as it is 100% clear-caulked outside? Other than that, it was a good job with weather in 50's - unusual for OCT in Upstate NY. Thanks / regards / TW for J&TK.
Couldn’t be happier
We had a great experience with proedge, I was originally contacted by proedge after looking for window installers or angi. I made an appointment for them to come out and discuss my needs. We went over all the details and signed a contract at this appointment, we next met with their installation expert and explained the trouble points ( this is a log home built in 1992) and a lot of these issues with these older Anderson windows. He wrote down everything needed to fix our concerns. It took 4 months for the windows to be ready again like alot of products supply chain issues. Received a call from installers and set up an appointment, the crew that was sent were ex excellent and the crew leader Jason had experience with log homes. The crew of three included Jason. Eddie, and David, they proceeded doing their appointed tasks and made sure the job was done to perfection. Thank you for the new windows and sliding glass door.

I am very happy with my entire experience with Proedge. Our rep Brett was great very knowledgeable our installers did a fabulous job very polite install went very smoothly. Windows are great. They cleaned up after conpletion. We are very glad we went with Proedge and highly recommend. We chose them because we liked the quality of windows
Replacement windows.
An enlightening experience. Rob was extremely pleasant and professional. He really sold the windows but I just couldn't afford to pay that price. I thought the job would not exceed $8000.00 but I was in for a surprise. His best price was approx $13000.00 for 1 pair of windows and a patio door. 20 years ago I replaced 34 windows in my Colonial home, cost me $16500.00. Rob is an asset to your company, he represents your company well.

Sales Review
Rich Monroe, Window Specialist, came the next day from when my husband requested information and a quote on getting new windows and a front door. He answered all of our questions and trust me, we had a lot as we had already had triple track storm windows put on home when we originally bought it. Then we had replacement windows put on that lost the seal so we wanted to be sure that this would be the last windows we would have to put in. We are confident that we are getting the most energy efficient windows we can get and that we will not have to worry about replacing them due to the excellent warranty. We cannot wait for them to be installed.

I had the great experience of working with Walter for my initial consult and he was phenomenal. Very informative about the various products and he seemed to genuinely believe in and standby the company. Based on my interactions so far, I believe that the installation will be seamless.
