Established in 1961, ProEdge Remodeling has become one of the fastest growing home improvement companies in New York & New England. We are now interviewing for a proven Direct In-Home Sales Manager who has what it takes to manage our Albany, NY Sales Division.

REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT IN-HOME SALES/SALES MANAGEMENT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members

• Recruit, hire and develop new sales staff  

• Train sales team in systems and processes regarding sales contracts and customer service

• Communicate and collaborate with regional manager

• Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in direct in-home sales/sales management preferably in the home improvement & remodeling industry

• Proven record of success in direct sales and sales management

• Strong communication skills and the ability to train, mentor and motivate others

• Positive mental attitude 

• Valid driver’s license

• Earning potential of $250,000 in the first year
