Direct In-Home Sales Manager, Albany/Hudson Valley NY

Due to the high demand for our products, we are now conducting interviews for a proven Direct In-Home Sales Manager who can take our Albany/Hudson Valley Division to the next level. 

REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT IN-HOME SALES/SALES MANAGEMENT. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

● Recruit, onboard, train and retain direct sales team members 

● Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members 

● Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings 

● Perform ride-along with sales representatives to provide coaching and feedback on sales performance 

● Train sales team in systems and processes regarding sales contracts and customer service 

● Communicate and collaborate with regional manager 

● Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

● Earning potential of $250,000 in the first year
